“I have been working in the hospitality industry since I was 14 years old. From 5 diamond resorts, to working under Michelin starred Chefs, to private clubs and everything in between. I have seen some places succeed and others fail. I have been apart of success stories in kitchens, and also helped pack boxes and close doors. One thing I have learned is we must strive to be creative, innovative, and give the best of ourselves on every plate.” Jon

Jon and I teamed up to create a concept that feels true to him, that communicates his values and also conveys his very recognizable personality and vibe. Our goal was to communicate professionalism, strength, humor, and dedication to the craft in an fun and fresh way.

The shoot was in the studio and took 2 hours. I prepared the concept and the mood board, which we discussed before the shoot. The references served as the a script to stay on track during the shoot.
